Welcome friends...

to my new home on the web...Teri's Cafe.

I've made a decision to launch this site, based on the encouragement I've received from you...my online friends...to use my writing to good purpose. This is something I've wanted to do for years, but I guess I never found the courage and/or the reason, until now. You have so graciously given me the inspiration that I needed to use my words to make other people laugh, smile and hopefully feel good. And for that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The purpose of this site is to share my writings...spread a little laughter and good cheer...and hopefully make your corner of the world just a little lighter and a bit brighter!  What you'll find here is a collection of short stories which I hope will touch you in some way as you read them. Most are written by me. A few are ones that I simply enjoy and wanted to share with you. After a visit to my cafe, I hope that you will leave with a smile on your face and a twinkle in your heart. I've chosen music to go with each page that most times tells part of the story. If you aren't into music you may want to turn off your sound.

So pull up a chair, grab a cup of your favorite beverage, or perhaps a snack, and browse through my pages to your heart's content. Of course, as will all projects worth doing, I'm starting out slow and will be continually adding and changing, so please feel free to bookmark this site and visit often to see what's new!
